Accounts Receivable Clerk/Doughnut Production Clerk

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company that services large convenience store chains, along with smaller chains and grocery stores in the tri-state area. We are looking for an individual that is interested in a long term career, who wants to be apart of a family oriented company and is looking to be engaged and involved with the day to day planning of the company. 

The ideal candidate will posses the ability to be on-time, have a great work ethic and have a great attendance record. We understand that life throws things at you but this is also a very important role and it is of the upmost importance that you are involved and completing your task.

Some of the virtual task include:

- Sending invoices and statements to our clients - This is a weekly and monthly task and you will be responsible for making sure that they are accurate and that the client's accounts are correct.

- Collecting money and making deposits - You will be responsible for the collection of monies and making daily deposits.

- A/R Reports - Responsibility of running A/R reports, making sure that customers are staying within terms and reporting on a weekly basis to the owners the status of the accounts.

- Doughnut production numbers - Making sure that numbers are correct for doughnut production and including any orders or new stations. This is a daily task

Responsibilities are not limited to this and will be spelled out on an ongoing basis by the ownership.
