Hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to become an integral part of our organization
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for existing personal lines insurance book of business
- Work with multiple insurance companies to obtain best rate and coverage for clients
- Provide timely and professional customer service for clients
- Build positive relationships with clients and other members of our team
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
