Kitchen Manager

KITCHEN MANAGER

We are looking for candidates that will be responsible for the day-to-day production of our products. This individual will need to cultivate a friendly and fun work atmosphere while performing well under pressure. This individual would need to be capable of working in a high pace environment. - Able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. Be on your feet for extended periods of time

- Be knowledgeable and understanding of food safety

- Prepare dough, sauces, cheese, veggies daily

- Ensure recipes are followed

- Drive cleanliness and organization

- Train new hires in Kitchen/BOH functions

- Properly put away received inventory

- Support the kitchen, including making and cutting pizzas

- Along with supporting Third Party Orders/Delivery, Carry-Out/To-Go Orders and Catering

- Able to work under pressure, at a fast pace & multi-task

- Other duties as assigned

- Must be able to lift 30lbs

- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time

- Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus

- Must be 18 Years of Age to use Dough Mixer
