RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn government acquisition by shadowing an international government contract
• Prepare market research, statements of work, and process diagrams
• Develop graphics, templates, and process diagrams
• Develop questionnaires for enterprise assessments
• Provide technical writing and editing
• Develop social media articles and postings
• Manage marketing campaign and sales robot
• Research emerging technologies
• Provide general administrative support using a high degree of professionalism, autonomy, and confidentiality.
• Coordinate and book travel
• Organize conferences and meetings and align multiple calendars
• Multitask and exude excellence in the completion of tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• A US Citizen currently enrolled in a university (Undergrad/Grad) or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology (IT), and Communications fields.
• Must be customer service-driven, handle multiple tasks, and possess excellent organization and communication skills.
• Must possess a high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe applications are required, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Illustrator, and Spark.
