Position Responsibilities :

• Serve as "Subject Matter Expert " related to Civil and structural systems.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop project criteria, scope, estimate and project schedules.
• Provide internal review of CS system drawings from outside engineering firms to support system implementation.
• Shop drawing review, RFI processing and Kanban completion for Client systems.
• Coordination of weekend and plant shutdown work with contractors, plant facilities groups, and manufacturing groups.
• Conduct work progress inspections on a continuous basis.
• Support construction administration activities related to schedule coordination, quality confirmations, weekly coordination meetings, and planned utility outages.

Position Requirements :

• 5+ years in the Civil Design Field - pillars, beams, steel bed, and concrete experience - MUST HAVE
• 2+ years in construction management. (Industrial/Commercial Building)
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering - required
• Experience in design criteria development for Civil Structural systems.
• Good organizational skills, communication skills, and schedule management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms.
