About Us: Our client is a leading provider of automotive parts and services, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support and solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist.

Job Description: As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls from customers, as well as making outbound calls to individuals, automotive dealers, and parts suppliers. Your primary goal will be to provide outstanding customer service, assist with inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Make outbound calls to individuals, automotive dealers, and parts suppliers to provide assistance, follow up on orders, and promote products and services.
  • Utilize strong computer skills to navigate systems, update customer information, and process orders accurately.
  • Possess knowledge of automobile parts to effectively communicate with customers and provide technical support when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to create and upsell products or services to customers, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls and make outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of automobile parts and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
