KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, radiating warmth and hospitality.
- Seat servers' sections in a balanced manner, following rotation whenever possible.
- Guide guests to their tables and introduce them to their designated server.
- Stay informed about table availability, both indoors and outdoors, for effective seating arrangements.
- Efficiently manage the waitlist to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
- Assist in light bussing and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Foster clear communication with other hosts, servers, and managers.
- Answer phone calls, handle carryout orders, and provide excellent service over the phone.
- Express gratitude to guests for choosing our establishment and bid them a warm farewell.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Time management and organizational skills for smooth operations.
- Customer service expertise with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences.
- Ability to remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic even during busy moments.
- Infectious smile and innate ability to breathe hospitality into every interaction.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have reliable means of transportation.
- Ability to stand on your feet for up to 6 hours per shift.
