Purchasing / Supply Chain Manager

FirstFour Staffing is partnered with a manufacturing facility in south Louisiana, assisting with their need for an experienced Purchasing / Supply Chain Manager.

This direct hire role will establish and manage all purchasing, material control, and inventory policies, procedures, and functions relative to new construction projects. Other key responsibilities include contract negotiations and supplier policy formulation.

Skills/Experience

• Minimum of 8 years in an SCM role
• Resource planning, scheduling
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Purchasing and material management software experience
• MS Office applications
• Oracle experience preferred
• Experience in the construction industry a plus
