Job Title:Assembler 
Location: Boulder, CO
Type:Temp to Hire (On-site)
Pay Rate:$21 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Assembler II to join our team in Boulder, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrical, electronic, mechanical, and optical assembly tasks. Attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and a commitment to safety are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, assemble, and install mechanical, optical, and electrical/electronic assemblies using standard assembly aids as outlined in work instructions.
- Follow schematics to install wiring harnesses accurately.
- Identify components using standard RETMA color and numerical coding.
- Solder thru-hole components to IPC-610 standards and harness and wire assemblies to IPC-620 standards.
- Conduct routine material handling activities and provide inventory cycle count information as needed.
- Identify, segregate, and provide disposition recommendations for non-conforming material.
- Understand and comply with quality system requirements.
- Maintain quality documents to ensure process flow and process control.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Six months of related experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Proficiency in using general manufacturing assembly tools, soldering irons, multi-meters, and continuity testers.
- Ability to read and follow written, graphic, and pictorial work instructions.
- Computer literate and comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds several times per day.
