What is it? Snagajob Profile Apply delivers the ability to apply with, save and/or create a Snagajob Profile during the application process.
How will it help? We’ll go into more details on the how exactly below, but here’s where this feature is moving the needle:

Who gets it? This new feature is being released to Snagajob Recruiting – Enterprise, formerly known as PeopleMatter.
When will I see it? We’ll start rolling out Apply with Snagajob Profile in mid to late October.

What Snagajob Profile Apply WON’T Do

Job seekers are automatically opted OUT of any Snagajob job alerts
When we introduce post-apply candidate engagement to this feature, it will be done in a way that benefits your brand specifically, driving additional applicant flow.

1. A streamlined process and lower costs
We’ve integrated the Snagajob Recruiting – Enterprise job seeker account with Snagajob’s marketplace to optimize the hiring process, improve the job seeker experience, and help employers make the right hires faster. Employers using Snagajob’s integrated ATS will see a decrease in the cost per qualified applicant and more qualified applicants with little to no extra effort.

Job listings that come from our ATS are easy for job seekers to apply to. Each listing gives potential candidates the opportunity to quickly and efficiently populate their applications via Apply with Snagajob Profile, our streamlined, mobile-optimized application tool.
Apply with Snagajob Profile enabled jobs receive up to 20% more applicants than other listings.
3. Recruiting transparency and insight
Since all job seekers can apply with, save and create a Snagajob profile while applying, you’ll be able to view and track candidates and applications from Snagajob directly from the recruiting platform. With more accurate source reporting, you can see what’s working and what isn’t.
With the Recruiting Funnel Summary feature being introduced to all HR leader dashboards in January 2019, you’ll make better hires faster with an optimized recruiting process powered by your integrated ATS.
