Black Lives Matter
Yesterday, we paused to mourn the senseless deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and the many that have come before them.
As we think about what we can do in the fight against systemic racism, we know that silence is a huge part of the problem. It’s not enough to be quietly non-racist, now is the time to be vocally anti-racist.
We all must ask ourselves—what unconscious biases do I hold? What am I doing to combat these? How can I help make the world a safer place for people of color?
We’re working to educate ourselves and we’d like to encourage you to do the same. We’re listening and learning to find the best ways for us to actively work against injustice, oppression and hate. Here are some resources we’ve found useful and have shared with our employees:
