Customer Support and Counter Sales Persons Needed - Full-time / Part-time

NOW HIRING FOR WAREHOUSE/CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COUNTER SALES POSITIONS

Beltsville, Gaithersburg, Rockville and Silver Spring locations

**HVAC background preferred but not required**

Responsibilities in summery (see attachment for more details):

·         Answer phone calls & provide excellent customer support

·         Pulls orders, loads/unloads trucks and places product in assigned stocking areas

·         Ensures product is securely stocked on racks and organized

·          Will travel with driver to various locations to unload product as instructed by branch manager

·         Assists with processing of paperwork/orders/shipments when needed

·         Maintains appearance of warehouse, clear of debris, pallets & cartons

Note: Customer support will be more involved with warehouse duties. Counter sales will be dealing more with customers. You must be flexible and take responsibility to efficiently complete any assigned tasks independently.

Requirements:

·         Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and be willing to learn.

·         forklift experience preferred but not required.

·         Must have a clean BG- No felonies.

·         Must have valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 24 months).

·         Must be ok with Heavy Lifting, being on feet most of the day.

·         HVAC knowledge preferred

Shift: 7:30-4:30pm Monday-Friday, ongoing. Saturday work is rare but from 7:30am - 11am when applicable. During the summer, the shift may change to 7:00am - 4:30pm.

Pay: $13-$15+/hr depending on experience.

Attire: STEEL TOE Boots, shorts & a t-shirt. Nothing offensive. Must maintain a professional appearance. Hair pulled back, etc.
