As a dynamic and expanding enterprise, we are seeking individuals with a fervent dedication to fitness to spearhead our lead generation efforts. Responsibilities include canvassing designated areas, engaging with local establishments, and arranging consultations with prospective clients. Additionally, associates will receive warm leads from our marketing division for further outreach and membership consultations.  JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Engage with local businesses and people to generate appointments for our Gym.

Outside prospecting

Social Media Prospecting

Manage CRM and emails

Follow up with generated leads from marketing company

Set and close membership appointments.

Front Desk Greeting and Assisting Members

Member Engagement and Resolution

 

Excellent communication skills/ Outgoing (ability to talk to anyone)

Professional appearance and demeanor

Sales experience

Promptness and reliable transportation
