3 top things workers look for in a holiday job post
As our 2022 Holiday Hiring Report shows, 57% of hourly workers are looking for a holiday job (and 98% of these job seekers have already started looking around for their holiday work).
This is why right now is the time to get your job post in front of them. If you wait, you’ll only find it increasingly challenging to staff up for the inevitable holiday rush.
But keep in mind that with so many open jobs to choose from (remember, there are still two positions for every one job seeker), attracting talent takes a job post that immediately catches their eye.
Our survey of 3,700+ hourly workers found that job seekers want to quickly scan a job post to see if the opportunity is a good fit. Here are the top 3 things they're looking to see:
Your pay rate (74%)
What are the days/shift times of your work (66%)
Where your job is located (64%)
