Our just-released Holiday Hiring Report 2022 found that with 8% inflation eating away at paychecks, workers are understandably anxious to pick up hourly seasonal jobs this fall and winter. 

The report also found that they’re looking for new positions now. 

Here are some top-line findings from our survey of over 3,700 hourly workers:

  • 85% are actively searching for work

  • 57% are open to temporary holiday work

  • 93% of holiday job seekers are already looking for seasonal work

  • 35% of those currently employed are looking for work
